Overview

Best suited to. Any GST-registered business — filing monthly, quarterly under QRMP, or catching up on a backlog of missed periods.

How we price it. One fixed professional fee, agreed in writing before any work begins, with government fees and statutory charges itemised separately and payable at actuals. If the scope changes, we tell you before doing the work.

§02

What’s included

  1. 01

    Outward supply return

GSTR-1 prepared from your sales data, with invoice-level detail checked before filing.

  2. 02

    Input credit reconciliation

Purchases matched against GSTR-2B each period. We chase suppliers who have not filed — their default is your lost credit.

  3. 03

    Summary return and payment

GSTR-3B prepared with the tax position computed and the challan raised, so you know the number in advance.

  4. 04

    Annual return

GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C reconciliation statement where turnover requires it.

  5. 05

    Notices and mismatches

Departmental queries answered by the same professional who filed the return.

  6. 06

    Backlog clean-up

Missed periods brought current, with late fee and interest exposure quantified before we start.

§03

Documents required

Collected once, digitally. We check the whole set before anything is filed — document problems are what turn a two-week job into a six-week one.

Every period

  • Sales register or invoice list, including credit and debit notes
  • Purchase register with supplier GSTINs
  • Exports, exempt and nil-rated supplies
  • Advances received and adjusted

One time

  • GST portal credentials, or access as your authorised representative
  • GST registration certificate
  • Returns already filed in the current financial year
§04

How it works

  1. Step 01

    Data collected

You send sales and purchase data once, in whatever format your books already produce.

  2. Step 02

    Reconciled

Input credit matched to GSTR-2B, with mismatches flagged to you before anything is filed.

  3. Step 03

    Reviewed and filed

You approve the tax position and challan amount, then we file ahead of the due date.

  4. Step 04

    Acknowledgement

Filed returns and acknowledgements sent to you, with the next due date already on your calendar.

§05

Questions

Q1Which returns do I file, and when?

Most registered businesses file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B monthly or quarterly under QRMP, plus GSTR-9 annually. Which cycle applies depends on turnover and the option you have chosen. We confirm your exact calendar in writing.

Q2What happens if I file late?

Late fee accrues per day for each return, with a lower rate for nil returns, and interest runs on unpaid tax. It compounds quietly across periods, which is why backlogs get expensive fast.

Q3What is GSTR-2B and why does it matter?

It is the auto-drafted statement of input credit available to you, generated from what your suppliers filed. If a supplier has not filed, the credit does not appear and you cannot claim it. Reconciling each period catches that while there is still time to chase them.

Q4Do I file if I had no sales?

Yes. A nil return is still a return, and the late fee applies if you do not file it.
